All my jewellery is quality checked by me. However, every now and then, there may be a rare fault, as all my pieces are handmade. We are all human and we all make mistakes.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for any piece which is deemed faulty. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods are not up to the highest standard of acceptable quality or are damaged upon you receiving your goods. At the end of the day, I want you to be happy with your purchase and trust me with future purchases and gifts!

Each piece is handmade with love. Each stone is cut, shaped, and polished to fit each design. All of the stones are natural and are of high quality. I only use Sterling Silver 925 as a metal base, which ensures your piece(s) will last. All gold-filled and gold-plated (minimum 2 microns) pieces also use a Sterling Silver 925 base.

I stand by my pieces 100%. If a piece is faulty, you will receive 100% of your money back or receive a replacement (if available). Each piece is handmade and mistakes do happen. I want all of my customers to be happy and in love with their purchase!

Please note that I use only natural stones. Colours may vary as every stone is slightly different. This is what makes each piece unique.

Please read and understand the "Care Instructions" as this will determine your return, refund, or replacement approval.

The Warranty Guarantee is not covered by any of the following:

     - loss of Product

     - chain breakage (unless due to improper craftsmanship)

     - wear and tear of your Products, including tarnishing and fading

     - any damage caused by a repair done by any other jeweler

     - continued use of the Product(s) after a defect has become apparent

     - failure to notify me of any defect in your Product within a reasonable time (1-3 days of receiving your piece(s).
